On one night of the year, all the residents come together to celebrate All-Hallows Eve. No one else is allowed. No Strangers. No Friends. No relatives. Until Now: Bill and Marie want to know more about what happens every year in this small town. What could be the harm? What would happen if they got caught? What would they see? The answer is obvious... Murder.
