How can I book myself a free ticket?

To make a booking please fill out our Online Application Form and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have any queries then please contact the Box Office on 01424 462288.

Do I need to show identification (ID) when I collect the tickets?

Photo identification must be shown as proof of your age when you collect your tickets from the Box Office the day of the show (we will accept a Young Person's Railcard, Passport, a PASS-approved card or driving license) - tickets must be collected at least 30 minutes before the show is scheduled to start. Theatre staff will be unable to issue tickets unless ID is presented.

What happens if I want to come to the theatre with friends or family or someone not aged under 26s years?

If you are coming to the theatre with people who are not between 13-26 years old then you can claim your free ticket if tickets are available for the show in question; the rest of your group will have to pay the applicable ticket price. When filling in our Online application form please provide this information in the comment box provided and we will attempt to sit you next to your party if the seats are available.

How many times can I claim/book free tickets?

Tickets will be issued on a first come first basis. Individuals can only book for two shows at a time.

What happens if I book a ticket and then I can't attend?

If you book a ticket and then are unable to attend the show, you need to let the theatre know so that your booking can be cancelled. Tickets can be cancelled by calling 01424 462288. If you do not cancel your tickets the theatre reserves the right to refuse issuing you further free tickets. Tickets cannot be transferred to somebody else.

Can I come on my own to a show?

Yes you can certainly come on your own - certain shows may have a recommended minimum age restriction.
